I think everyone knew that when Iraq became “sovereign” in June, that the “care taker government” was not going to ask the U.S. led coalition to leave. As today marks the official start of campaigning for Iraq elections, what will leading candidate’s platform embrace, and who’s ideas will get him or her elected?
Is it not ironic, how Iraq, who once openly and proudly supported terrorism by Palestinian militants, is going to be holding elections almost on the same day that “Palestine” is?
