Which is more important?

That two groups which compose nearly 40% of Iraq's electorit signed a joint statement insisting independent review of election complaints...

Or that those two groups were the leading Sunni and Secular Shiite parties?

These people dislike each other, but they do not hate each other. This model of coroporation between vastly different views on the role of Islam will lead to peace in the middle east... not the fact that their may or may have not been fraud in Iraq's historic Decemeber 15th elections.
